Returns & Exchanges

At Styles by Tiffany, we take great pride in offering high-quality hair extensions and glueless wigs. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy to ensure product integrity for all customers.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, uncolored, and unaltered in any way.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • You must request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

If your return request is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

 

Items That Are NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been:

  • Worn, installed, or styled
  • Washed, dyed, bleached, or chemically altered
  • Cut, combed, or brushed
  • Exposed to heat styling tools
  • Returned with missing packaging or labels

Wigs and extensions that show signs of tampering will be returned to the sender.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if your item is:

  • Approved for return AND
  • Received in its original, unused condition

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund (minus any shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.



Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund if eligible.

Return Request – [Your Order Number]

Include the following in your message:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos of the item(s)

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with next steps.


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
  • Ensuring the return is properly packaged and shipped with tracking

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Styles by Tiffany reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
