Styles by Tiffany (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides high-quality hair extensions and glueless wigs to customers within the United States. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our site.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase through our site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or make changes to pricing and descriptions without prior notice.

During high-volume periods, item availability may change while your order is being processed.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders will be processed once payment is approved and item availability is confirmed. We accept payments securely via Shopify and its integrated payment processors.

5. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping rates, methods, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, worn, installed, colored, manipulated, or tampered with in any way.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be new, unused, in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment information to process your order and provide customer service.

8. Booking Appointments

Salon appointments may be booked via Acuity. Please review the separate policies provided during the booking process regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and appointment requirements.
